Medical treatments (vaccines)
Some medical procedures, including vaccines, transplants, in vitro fertilization (IVF), and stem cells involve the use of aborted foetuses and disposal of unborn baby embryos. We may even have been involved in such procedures in the past, whether in receiving such treatments, suggesting it to others, administering them to patients, or conducting medical research. If we feel convicted to repent and be spiritually cleansed before God, here is a sample prayer.

A prayer to repent of medical treatments that involve aborted babies and embryos
“Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for making this body a temple of Your Holy Spirit. Where I have defiled and brought sin and death into this body, I humbly seek Your forgiveness today and ask that You please show me the things I have done that have corrupted Your temple. Please open my eyes and my heart to deceptions from this world that contaminate my relationship with You, my loving, perfect and Holy Father. I am sorry for grieving Your Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
Ephesians 4:30 ESV And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption
In Jesus’ name, I humbly ask to be cleansed of all spiritual defilement from (name the vaccines, transplants, IVF or stem cell treatments) that I have participated in or been subjected to without my full knowledge. I cut ungodly spiritual ties with family or friends who condoned these activities, as well as the doctors and nurses who administered the treatments. I choose to unreservedly forgive them for their actions and ungodly guidance. I also cut ungodly spiritual ties with the medical centres, hospitals, and clinics that offer such treatments.
2 Corinthians 6:14,17-18 ESV Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”
In the name of Jesus, I ask to be set apart for God and separated from the sins of the researchers, doctors and mothers who aborted or disposed of the unborn babies that God created, and used their remains for medical experiments and procedures.
2 Timothy 2:21 ESV Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from what is dishonorable, he will be a vessel for honorable use, set apart as holy, useful to the master of the house, ready for every good work.
Where I have given the enemy a foothold in my life, today I command all unclean spirits of death, murder, lies, and idolatry to leave me. I repent of condoning a form of child sacrifice for my sake!

Today, I re-dedicate my entire body, heart, and mind to my Saviour, Jesus Christ. Father in heaven, please forgive me for following man’s opinion over seeking Yours. Please teach me how to discern Your will, particularly with regards to how I am to care for this body You have given me.
Thank you that, in the midst of all my mistakes, You have never abandoned me. Thank you for Your everlasting love, patience, and guidance.
